Book Repair

You are working in a used/antique bookstore. As part of your training, you must learn how to preserve books. In order to do this, you have to complete a series of tasks. Once you have done these, you will be come a Preserve Specialist and gain special prizes every month.

Rules

Any that require graphic donations must be good quality graphics. Please don't just throw together some shoddy link buttons just to complete the task. In other words, if your site looks amazing and your buttons don't match up, you won't complete the task.
You will get the normal rewards for each task, and after receiving those rewards you can submit yourself here with a completed task.
Tasks can be completed in any order.
When you've completed a task, you will receive one of the graphics below. You must display this graphic on your TCG post.
You will not automatically get the image for completing a task. You must submit yourself below.

Tasks

Each task may only be completed once to count toward your training, and every task must be completed before you can become a Specialist.

Image	Function
	Submit a member card.
Earn the X-acto Knife. Cuts through pages and book covers if necessary.

	Donate 10 master badges & a set of 10 level badges.
Earn the Ruler. Measure pieces & make straight cuts.

	Donate 10 link buttons.
Earn Glue. Reattach pages or other pieces.

	Receive Third Tier prizes for a book club discussion at the forum..
Earn Sandpaper. Be able to soften corners without a lot of damage.

	Participate in the writing contest.
Earn the Spatula. Lift up old cloth covers.

	Participate in the graphic contest.
Earn Cloth. Recover corners and other missing cover bits.

	Complete a trades card.
Earn Felt Paper. Stiffens the new spine.

	Submit a card to a members favorite set.
Earn Press. Secure the pieces after gluing.

	Reach Level 5.
Earn Caffienated Drinks. Allows you to repair books late into the night

	Master 2 decks.
Earn a Book. The book you've decided to preserve

Tasks must be completed on or after July 16, 2007 (except the member card). Once you are finished with your first nine tasks, your image should look like this:

You will get each one of these based on how many tasks you have completed - they are not associated with any certain task. This is why it is important to display these images on your trade post. Otherwise, I won't know which images you've gathered so far! When you finish your tenth and last task, you will receive a special book image with your name.

If you've completed a task already (remember, on or after July 16 unless it's the member card), you can submit yourself here to earn the task image. Remember to follow the guidelines for each task!
