Identify Cards

Here you will see a full bookcover made up of 20 separate cards. Your job is to identify as many of the card sets as you can. Your prizes are administered as follows, based on how many card sets you identify correctly:

1-5 sets correct: 2 random regular cards
6-10 sets correct: 2 random regular cards, 1 random special
11-15 sets correct: 1 random regular card, 1 choice regular card
16-20 sets correct: 1 choice regular card, 1 random special card, 2 random regular
All 20 sets correct: 2 choice regular, 1 choice special, 1 random special

You must fill out your choice below in the form in order to receive one. If a choice card is not filled in, I will choose one for you!





Fill out the form with the card sets in order. In other words, the card that has #01 will go in the first blank. The card that has #06 will go in the sixth blank. You must identify the sets correctly and corresponding to each number/blank in order to receive prizes. You do not have to identify all of them.

You may either write the set name (ie, wonderland) or the book title (ie, Alice in Wonderland).
